These terms govern access to Kinyro's recording, directing, production, review, rendering, and billing services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be able to form a binding agreement and, when using Kinyro for an organization, have authority to bind that organization.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by Kinyro's failure to secure the service.
Your material and finished films
You retain ownership of the recordings, direction, brand files, music, artwork, and other material you submit. You grant Kinyro a limited license to host, process, transform, and transmit that material only as needed to operate the service and create your requested films. As between you and Kinyro, you may use the finished films we deliver, subject to rights in material you supplied or licensed from others.
Your authority
You must have the rights and permissions needed for every product screen, person, voice, logo, font, image, track, and other asset you submit. Do not use Kinyro to violate privacy, intellectual-property, publicity, confidentiality, export, sanctions, or other applicable laws.
Production judgment and review
Kinyro uses software and model-assisted production systems. Results may require your review and can vary between productions. You are responsible for checking factual claims, product behavior, legal notices, brand accuracy, and final suitability before publishing a film. Kinyro's evidence-preserving design reduces fabrication risk but does not replace your approval.
Credits, plans, and payment
Plans and credit packs provide the production capacity described at purchase. Prices and included capacity are shown before checkout. Except where law requires otherwise, completed production usage and expired promotional credits are not refundable. Recurring plans continue until canceled and remain available through the paid period.
Fair use of the studio
Do not probe or disrupt the service, bypass access or usage limits, upload malware, automate abusive volume, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, impersonate others, or use the studio to create unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or harmful content. We may suspend access needed to protect users, providers, or the service.
Availability and liability
We work to deliver a reliable studio, but production services can be interrupted and third-party providers can fail. The service is provided as available, and warranties are limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kinyro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages; mandatory consumer and statutory rights remain unaffected.
Ending use and changes
You may stop using Kinyro at any time. We may change the service or these terms as the product develops and will update the effective date for material changes. Applicable law governs these terms while preserving rights that cannot legally be waived. Use the support channel associated with your Kinyro access for questions or formal notices.
