What this policy covers

This policy explains how Kinyro handles information when you visit the site, create an account, record a product, direct a film, review a production, or purchase credits. It does not cover services you choose to link to Kinyro under their own terms.

Information we handle

  • Account information: name, email address, authentication identifiers, and account settings.
  • Production material: screen recordings, camera and microphone media, cursor and action events, written direction, brand files, artwork, music, approvals, and rendered films.
  • Usage and technical data: browser, device, request logs, feature interactions, error reports, and approximate network information needed to secure and improve the service.
  • Billing information: plan, credit, invoice, and transaction status. Payment-card details are handled by our payment processor rather than stored by Kinyro.

Why we use it

We use this information to operate the studio, authenticate accounts, create and deliver requested films, preserve production history, process purchases, prevent abuse, support users, diagnose failures, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.

Production providers

Creating a film can require carefully scoped processing by infrastructure, authentication, payment, model, transcription, music, or rendering providers. We send only the material needed for the selected production stage and bind providers through their service and data-protection terms where applicable.

Your recording responsibilities

Record only products, people, voices, music, and information you have authority to use. Avoid capturing passwords, payment credentials, private messages, health information, or other unnecessary sensitive data. You control what source material you submit and may remove it from your workspace where the product provides that control.

Retention and security

We retain account and production information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, and maintain transaction records. We use access controls, transport encryption, and operational safeguards, but no online system can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information, subject to identity verification and legal retention requirements. Use the support channel associated with your Kinyro access or account to make a request.

Children and changes

Kinyro is a business production service and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the service changes; the effective date above will change when an update becomes material.
